Thank you for choosing Ka Lani Creations for your custom jewelry. Please review how to clean your jewelry & our policies below:

1. How to Clean Jewelry-

   • To clean your permanent jewelry, regularly use a mild soap and water solution and scrub lightly. For Sterling Sliver you can also use a jewelry polishing cloth to help remove dirt and grime.

2. Returns or Exchanges-

   • All sales are final. Once you confirm that the sizing is correct and we cut the chain, the sale is final.

3. Length Adjustments-

   • We offer complimentary smaller resizing for the life of your jewelry.

   • Length can only be added if we still carry the chain or if you want to add a charm. Additional charges will apply.

4. Re-Welding Services-

   • If your jewelry breaks at the weld, we will re-weld it complimentary for the life of your jewelry.

   • If the break occurs anywhere other than the weld, it will require an assessment, and repairs will start at $15+.

5. Lost Items or Third-Party Handling-

   • We do not cover lost items.

   • We are not responsible for jewelry handled by third-party jewelers.

6. Medical Emergencies-

   • In the case of a medical emergency (e.g., MRIs, X-rays), you can cut a link next to the charm (not on the charm). We will re-attach your permanent jewelry free of charge for the life of your jewelry.

7. Pacemaker Advisory-

   • Customers with pacemakers should not get permanent jewelry. The welding process uses a small electrical current, which can interfere with pacemakers.
